This course will give you an overview of the way we measure the quality of the clinical care at our sites, and how to access the reports you can use to assess this. There will be a separate module for you to view to look at how you analyse your reports.

On completing this module, you should understand the importance of analysing data and be able to not just identify gaps, but also to consider actions you can take to improve the quality of life for residents in our care.
