In this module we will look at what Continuous Quality Improvement means for our care facility and for us working in the care facility.

We will also:
Define the term Continuous Quality Improvement.
Understand the goals of the Quality Improvement Programme.
Familiarize with the organizational and site Quality Plan and Risk Management Plan
Explore the internal and external auditing process and the reasons why we do it.
