Description

In this learning module we will discuss Advocacy and Complaints Management as part of the Resident's Consumer Code of Rights.


As a care provider It is our responsibility to ensure that the residents in our care are safe and continuously supported to be able to voice out their concerns.

These concerns are all valid and we need to address them in a managed and timely manner.
