In this module we look at a day in the life of a resident and those involved in their care. We will focus on scenarios from previous situations where the care hasn’t met the standards that Radius Care expects.

These scenarios highlight what can go wrong, and how quickly things escalate when we don't follow set processes and procedures. It will allow us to reflect and consider how to respond to issues that are raised.

We need to think holistically about resident care and consider how we take accountability for our roles and actions as a care team. Our primary goal is to provide safe care, and this includes ensuring we are able to identify concerns, report/action things as soon as possible and document it appropriately.
